Our attorneys are LGBTQ+ community allies who believe that all persons, regardless of sexual orientation, should be able to grow their families through surrogacy. Attorneys on our team have taken GLAD's Pledge to Uphold the Standards for LGBT Families and are members of LGBTQ+ friendly organizations, such as the National LGBT Bar Association. Attorney Catherine Tucker is a co-author of New Hampshire's updated surrogacy laws. We have years of experience in leveraging laws in order to protect families formed via surrogacy.
